GOAL
Eliminate manual processes for applications and approvals of 3rd Party Intermediaries previously done with a combination of Excel spreadsheets, Word docs and email.
PROBLEM
This process requires tracking 10 to 20 documents per applicant as well as all data relating to those documents. Once the data is input, a lengthy approval process takes place, with up to 15 approvers dispersed worldwide requiring sign off. Their previous process was time intensive, prone to error, provided no real-time feedback and lacked visibility at individual or aggregated levels.
